What you will receive by working at Evolve Tax & Accountancy LLP?

 

A competitive salary regularly reviewed every year as a minimum and in line with regional bandings.  Our students are also rewarded by way of a salary increase for every successful exam result!

 

23 days holiday plus bank holidays as a minimum, depending on your time with the firm. There is no fighting for Christmas and New Year off as the office is closed.

Our Director is Christmas crazy and believes everybody should take this time to eat, drink and recharge those batteries!

What do we need you, the accounting superstar, to be?

 

AAT and ATT Trainees and apprentices:

You’ll need an eagerness to learn, to think on your feet and a desire to make an impact in the world.

We appreciate that starting a career can be daunting, but we have a supportive team who will support and nurture you through your studies.

 

ACCA and CIOT apprentices:

Ideally you will have 2 years practice experience and be confident in looking after clients.

You’ll know when to pick up the phone, offer a zoom call or just check in to make sure clients are OK.

 

Qualified accountants:

Have a least 2 years post qualification experience in practice or be qualified by experience.

​

Be able to advise owner-managed business owners in basic tax planning.

​

Be comfortable with managing a small portfolio of clients.

​

Be willing to support and nurture the more junior members of the team.

​

Be able to educate your clients on the best tax, accounting or bookkeeping practices, systems or processes, for their business.

​

Be a XERO whizz

 

You need to have excellent time management skills and be organised, focused and able to work independently using your own initiative. You should know what the end result should be and know how to acheive it in the most efficient and effective way. You are a finisher.

In the world of cloud-based software, with paperless offices, we have the ability to work with all the team wherever we are.
